Abigail Callahan

I'm an LPN field nurse with Pediatric Home Service, providing direct care for a young patient including ADLs, suctioning, medication management, G-tube and J-tube care, CPT, cough assist, and electronic charting.

At Helping Hearts, I coordinate care, teach medication administration and diabetic care, supervise staff, review medications, MARs and TARs, coordinate appointments, and complete routine evaluations. Previously at Parsons State Hospital, I delivered medication administration, trach and ostomy care, diabetic care, treatments, restraint checks, and cross-department communication.

I've also served as an LPN charge nurse at Presbyterian Manor and worked in medical assistance and health and rehabilitation settings. I bring experience supporting patients, families, staff, agencies, and physicians' offices through clear communication and dependable clinical care.
