Learning & development at Total Education Solutions, coaching clinicians to create meaningful, individualized learning experiences.
What I'm looking for
At Total Education Solutions, I supervise and coach SLPs, clinical fellows, and SLPAs, and develop training on topics such as executive functioning, learner engagement, and motivation. I help clinicians adapt their practice to create meaningful learning experiences tailored to individual strengths and needs.
At Serene Speech Therapy, I built a fully remote speech-language therapy practice for adults recovering from stroke and other acquired communication disorders. I developed digital resources and individualized interventions, and coached clients and families on practical strategies for everyday life.
At California State University-Sacramento, I taught graduate students about neurogenic language disorders as interim faculty and previously supervised graduate clinicians in the university clinic. I drew on clinical examples to make neurological concepts accessible and connect coursework with real-world care.
Earlier, at Learning ARTS, I progressed from behavioral intervention to staff training across multiple locations. I trained approximately 50 new Behavior Technicians and redesigned CPR instruction around interactive scenarios, increasing the certification exam pass rate to approximately 90%.
