Built a Python-based read-only MCP server for a legacy warehouse-management system to enable LLM natural-language reporting and automated inventory dashboards. Automated WhatsApp-based customer workflows and Shopify-admin-driven promo campaign flows using structured LLM prompt systems and paid-media optimization.

Worked with the Information Retrieval Research Group on transformer-based NLP for mental-health detection as part of the PACAM collaboration under Prof. Fabio Crestani and Prof. Kasturi Dewi Varathan.

Developed an AskJeLLM proof of concept for resume feedback and policy Q&A with PII-safe input constraints, including prompt systems and API/session contracts. Evaluated generative AI models for cost, latency, and safety, and led product discovery and data architecture for the BolehJe platform while serving as Scrum Master.

Developed the UI for an F&B ordering app for kiosk and mobile experiences.

Worked on full-stack .NET development.

Developed a custom Moodle PHP plugin, including documentation and training materials for users.
