I prepare Chart Edit Sheets, verify insurance eligibility, review patient IDs, insurance cards, and pharmacy details, and create pre-visit provider notes to keep clinical workflows organized. I also communicate directly with patients to collect missing information and confirm co-pays and balances using RingCentral and Weave.
