I've supported legal work at GAIL (India) Limited, reviewing NDAs, MOUs, a USD 26 million facility agreement, and a corporate guarantee deed while assessing commercial, financing, and dispute-resolution risks.
At Khaitan & Khaitan, I researched private-company due-diligence compliance, analysed ROC adjudication orders, reviewed NDA agreements, and supported corporate and commercial advisory assignments. I am also interning with the Trademark Team at Khurana & Khurana.
My court-facing experience includes preparing daily case briefs and judicial research at the Delhi High Court, as well as researching writ petitions, SLPs, constitutional remedies, and Article 136 jurisdiction for matters before the Supreme Court. At GVN Litigation, I assisted with civil and criminal filing compliance, including property-dispute and cheque-dishonour matters.
I've published on Triple Talaq, human trafficking, Shreya Singhal v. Union of India, One Nation One Election, and secularism. I'm building further knowledge in intellectual property, data protection, privacy law, artificial intelligence, and India's new criminal laws.
