What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and build scalable enterprise backend platforms, shape architecture, mentor engineers, and work closely with clients and stakeholders on impactful software delivery.

At Rare Crew, I build enterprise platforms for global sports and media organizations, including IMG products such as Vault ERP, Global CRM, IMG eApproval, TWG WALL, and the UFC App.

I design scalable REST APIs and reusable backend architecture with C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, DDD, CQRS, and MediatR. I’ve improved eApp submission API response times by 70% through SQL optimization, indexing, LINQ tuning, and in-memory caching.

I work across Azure App Service, Azure SQL, Blob Storage, Key Vault, Functions, Storage Queues, and Application Insights. I also deliver secure authentication with JWT, Microsoft Entra ID, RBAC, and managed identities, plus real-time workflows through SignalR and Firebase Cloud Messaging.

I lead 8–12 engineers while staying hands-on with coding, architecture, code reviews, sprint planning, client requirements, UAT, and releases. Earlier, I built backend services for enterprise web and mobile products and supported real-time scoreboard APIs for the South Asian Games.
