I'm focused on building practical AI systems that automate customer communication, collections, support, and operational workflows while improving customer experience and reducing manual workload.

I'm building Nexica AI, where we automate customer communication and operational workflows with AI voice agents and intelligent automation. Our production collections system has placed 5,386 calls, handled $48.9M in customer accounts, and scaled monthly volume 6.5× without re-architecture or added headcount.

I build systems for outbound calling, inbound call handling, customer verification, appointment booking, lead qualification, CRM automation, and business process automation. The platform supports real-time conversations, outcome capture, follow-ups, human-agent transfers, multilingual operation, and TCPA-compliant outreach.

Previously, I developed and optimized AI-driven web applications at AcenraAI, including a real-time NLP conversion feature, and worked across Next.js, Prisma, Hono.js, React, and Tailwind CSS at Weppdev Technologies.
