At KMF (Nandini), I observed plant-scale dairy manufacturing and bioprocess workflows in an automated production facility. I studied how quality teams monitored pH, fat, SNF, and acidity to support batch consistency.

My training also gave me exposure to FSSAI compliance, industrial hygiene, SOP execution, material handling, and data logging. I saw how these practices support contamination control and audit readiness.

In my research projects, I developed a fever-detection model using CNNs that achieved 92.2% accuracy, and contributed to an explainable multi-omics framework for depression risk stratification with a 0.919 ROC-AUC.

I presented an AI-based health tracker and advisor at Code Breaker Challenge 2025 and received a Best Poster Award for a study on Ganoderma lucidum. I’m looking to apply my biotechnology training and quality-monitoring knowledge in an entry-level FMCG role.
