At Biocon Biologics Limited, I assisted with upstream bioprocess manufacturing activities, including media preparation, inoculum development, and fermentation. I followed aseptic techniques, GMP, and SOPs.

I supported batch manufacturing record review and documentation maintenance, and prepared reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. I also gained exposure to bioprocess equipment such as fermenters, homogenizers, and centrifuges.

For my academic project, I investigated the bioactive potential of Thunbergia grandiflora leaf extract through phytochemical screening, GC-MS analysis, and in vitro assays. I also published a book chapter on “Agricultural Biotechnology: Yield and Sustainability.”
