What I'm looking for

I’m looking to own radiology workflow operations end to end—PACS/teleradiology, critical findings escalation, QA, and audit-ready documentation—while partnering with radiologists, clients, and IT to keep studies moving accurately and securely.

I coordinate daily radiology workflow operations for the Peach Radiology Project with Security Labs India, keeping report processing and delivery on track in a teleradiology environment. I work directly with board-certified radiologists and healthcare facilities, monitor workflow queues, prioritize urgent studies, and manage critical findings communication and escalation.

I also investigate and resolve problem studies—missing images, duplicate studies, demographic discrepancies, and report mismatches—by troubleshooting with IT teams and maintaining secure workflow records. From ExaPAC to OnePAC, I retrieve patient history and appointment type details, transfer finalized reports via Copilot VPN after approval, and produce monthly audit reports using Excel and Word.
