I recruited more than 45 drilling, workover and maintenance crew members and consistently delivered crew CVs to client companies on schedule. Precise crew-change planning and timesheet management helped reduce company expenses and downtime.
At Challenger Ltd, I also coordinated training and tracked probation, appraisal and promotion documentation in line with ISO systems. I shortened the payroll submission cycle from six weeks to one month and introduced ISO systems at the Tripoli head office and Nafoora base while acting as HR Manager.
