What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a data-driven role in digital banking or payments where I can apply analytics, product and AI-assisted reporting to drive adoption and measurable business impact in a collaborative, cross-functional team.

I am a dynamic business analytics professional with three years of experience in digital banking, payments, product management, operations, and marketing within the Sri Lankan banking sector. I deliver data-driven insights using Power BI, Python, R, SQL and advanced Excel to support strategic decision-making.

At SANASA Development Bank I design end-to-end Power BI and Tableau reports, build advanced DAX measures, perform RFM segmentation, clustering and time-series forecasting, and lead UAT and feature performance analysis for digital channels across branch networks. I routinely author business proposals, conduct anomaly detection on transaction data, and use generative AI and prompt engineering to accelerate reporting and produce executive-ready insights.
