At CVS Health, I own product strategy and the program-level roadmap for pharmacy claims and patient care platforms, including Rx Billing Engine and Patient Care Central (PCC).
I launched a cloud-based, disaggregated Rx billing service that rationalizes RxC billing and supports Retail and Specialty, with projected savings of $5M–$15M across PSS and Retail. I also launched PCC, a centralized hub for patient care information and actions.
I turn customer and business needs into epics, user stories, and measurable outcomes, and guide delivery through SAFe planning, reviews, and system demos. I use KPIs and release insights to inform prioritization and improve adoption and quality.
