What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities in gaming support or community moderation where I can assist players, resolve issues, enforce guidelines fairly, collaborate with a moderation team, and help create a positive community experience.

I support players and help keep the Stumble Guys Official Discord Server safe, welcoming, and well moderated. I respond to support requests, manage tickets, investigate reports, and enforce community guidelines fairly.

As a volunteer Community Moderator and Moderator Ambassador, I collaborate across time zones, escalate complex cases, document support cases, and collect player feedback to surface recurring concerns. I also support official events, announcements, player communication, and community engagement.

I built Discord community management bots using JavaScript and Node.js, including role-management and server utility features. I'm passionate about gaming, customer service, and providing timely, professional player support.
