Product Analyst, Lead Analyst or Analytics Manager roles at product companies where analytics shapes decisions, not just reports on them. I want to own the full loop: tracking plans, metrics, analysis and the recommendation to Product and leadership. Strongest in B2B SaaS (activation, retention, adoption, revenue metrics), open to B2C. Remote within India or Bengaluru.

I'm a Senior Product Analyst at Hiver, a B2B SaaS customer service platform, where I own product analytics across both of our products: Amplitude tracking, data models, the dashboards Product, CS and leadership use, and the recommendation that comes out of them. Before Hiver I owned the Weekly Business Review for HackerRank's B2C Community platform (27.4M registered developers), and before that I spent three years building pricing, promotion and forecasting engines for enterprise retail clients at Impact Analytics, after starting out as a data scientist at Mu Sigma.

A few things I'm proud of: I caught a pipeline bug at Hiver that had frozen 15 months of revenue history in an executive report, and got daily revenue matching billing to within 0.04%. I led BI migrations to Metabase at both HackerRank and Hiver, cutting Hiver's query costs by over 90%. I built SQLUp, an NL-to-SQL workflow in Slack that took analytics SLA from 3-4 days to under 5 minutes.
