I seek an R&D leadership role that combines applied AI research and product delivery, values AI ethics, supports team mentorship, and enables deployment of edge-AI solutions with opportunities to publish and collaborate.

I am a Research & Development leader with over 11 years of experience in AI, machine learning and computer vision, combining academic depth and industrial delivery to solve real-world problems. I specialize in edge AI deployment and responsible AI practices.

I hold a PhD in Information and Communication Technology and have published across journals, book chapters, conferences and preprints. My research includes microwave imaging for cancer detection, solar forecasting, learning analytics and predictive maintenance.

I have held roles as Research & Development Lead and multiple academic posts where I prepared and delivered lectures, guided research, and led hands-on sessions in big data, IoT and business analytics. I drive teams to deliver applied research, AI model training, evaluation and product-oriented solutions.

I bring expertise in explainable AI, LLMs and fine-tuning, plus practical skills in cloud and container technologies to accelerate deployment. I combine rigorous research, teaching experience and leadership to translate innovation into impact.
