What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a hands-on role with a remote lodge, safari property, horse ranch, farm, wildlife operation or eco-lodge where I can support guests, animals and daily operations. I enjoy outdoor work, early mornings, small teams and learning practical skills.

I've built approximately nine years of hospitality experience across restaurants, cafés and bars, including five years serving local and international guests at Burgundy Restaurant, a 5-star restaurant in Hermanus, South Africa.

Since January 2024, I've developed hands-on horse-care experience at Genius Resort for Horses in Cambodia, feeding and grooming horses, cleaning stalls, preparing horses for guests and supporting riding competitions. I enjoy practical outdoor work, early mornings and contributing wherever needed in remote settings.

Alongside hospitality and animal care, I manage staff, events, budgets, administration and stakeholder communication as an Academic Coordinator at American Pacific International School. I'm motivated by opportunities with remote lodges, safari properties, horse ranches, farms, wildlife operations and eco-lodges.
