What I'm looking for
I’m a hands-on Hotel General Manager in Siem Reap, focused on exceeding guest expectations through professional, effective, and efficient service. I oversee daily operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B while staying deeply involved in service delivery.
Throughout my career, I’ve built a reputation as an influential leader who leads by example—providing clear role clarity, managing teams effectively, and resolving sensitive issues with empathy. I liaise with customers/guests and stakeholders, problem-solve difficult situations, compile training packages, and support and mentor staff across departments.
Before hotel management, I held long-term roles with the Queensland Government including Principal Customer Service Officer and Driving Examiner Senior Position, strengthening my customer service capability, assessment knowledge, and workplace relationship skills. I’ve also taught English online using the Preply App and privately, bringing strong communication, conflict resolution, and coaching strengths into every guest-facing environment.
