At Fairfield Inn & Suites, I learned the FOSSE system, coordinated emails and customer complaints through online systems, checked guests in and out, and helped improve computer processes for customer retention.

I've also worked in retail sales, deli service, and Amazon operations, using POS and computer systems while keeping workspaces organized and collaborating with teams.
