I’m looking to contribute to a team that values high-quality customer success, clear organization, and continuous process improvement, where I can handle escalations confidently and collaborate cross-functionally to streamline workflows.

I lead daily Customer Success operations, handling team oversight, scheduling, and performance support while coordinating multi-tasking to keep service running smoothly. I manage customer escalations, reporting, and ongoing service quality to ensure a high-level user experience.
