What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own HR operations independently—supporting hiring, payroll/BPJS, policy, and employee relations—while building strong HR foundations and maintaining stability during leadership transitions.

I’m an HR professional with 3+ years of generalist experience across full-cycle recruitment, payroll, policy development, and employee relations. Currently, I’m the sole HR practitioner at LEDVANCE Indonesia during an HR Manager vacancy, operating across staff and manager-scope responsibilities while independently covering end-to-end generalist and operational HR.

I built HR foundations for early-stage companies, including designing onboarding process, establishing performance review cycles, and introducing weekly team-building for a creative-industry team. I also manage monthly payroll and BPJS administration, enforce company policies, and run disciplinary processes from initiation to documentation—bringing structure, calm execution, and continuity through leadership transitions.
