At EmpowerID, I built a ground-up identity and authorization platform for human, agent, and workload identities across about 76 containerized services securing 90+ applications. I designed OAuth 2.1/OIDC, OpenID AuthZEN, agent delegation, just-in-time credential brokering, workflow execution, and AI guardrails.

I improved authorization performance by reducing JWT verification p95 from approximately 100 ms to under 5 ms while sustaining 10x throughput. I also built an event-driven backbone with Kafka/Redpanda and Azure eventing, including 50+ topics, transactional outbox publication, idempotency envelopes, and replay contracts.

I founded WappGPT, an AI personal assistant on WhatsApp, SMS, and voice that reached 25,000+ users in 40+ countries. Previously at Point Pickup Technologies, I led architecture for a delivery platform serving Walmart, Kroger, Dollar General, and 7-Eleven, scaling it from 250,000 to more than 1M orders per day while improving delivery success from 92% to 97%.

My open-source work includes Lattice, Covenant Layer, RealTimeAuth, and agrep. I speak internationally on AI, identity, and security, including EIC 2024 and 2025, and my work has been cited in RAND's AI Security Guide.
