I’m a Customer Success Manager with implementation-focused IT experience, specializing in Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and customer rollouts. I take ownership of onboarding, training, and go-live support so customers feel confident from day one.

In my current role, I implement DMS at customer sites, performing installation and configuration of software solutions. I analyze customer requirements, optimize workflows, and lead on-site user trainings while acting as the main point of contact during Minden, Germany implementation projects.

Before that, I worked as an IT Specialist (System Integration) at CM Systemhaus GmbH, completing training as an IT Specialist for System Integration. My work centered on software rollouts, system onboarding, and customer support for hardware and software issues, including technical assistance and setup of workstations and user environments.

Earlier, I built strong people leadership and operational discipline in gastronomy as a Deputy Restaurant Manager. That background strengthens how I communicate with teams, coordinate daily operations, and improve processes—skills I now apply to customer onboarding, training, and troubleshooting in IT.
