I've delivered air-gapped, bilingual AI platforms for Saudi enterprises, running on customer-owned GPUs across contracts, tenders, scanned documents, and ledgers. As the sole AI engineer on a sovereign programme, I presented delivery results and infrastructure recommendations directly to management.

At Naqel Smart Contracting Est. / AL ASR Group, I built a white-label multi-tenant agent platform with six LangGraph agents and seven enterprise connectors, alongside an on-premise Docs, Sheets, and Slides suite. I rebuilt bulk ingestion to index 5,047 files in about five minutes and benchmarked the system through decision-level evaluations, retrieval testing, and Arabic-focused Sheets AI testing.

I've also built production RAG systems at Amical Startups, led AI evaluation delivery at Excelerate, and developed projects including MIZAN, a privacy-preserving supplier-payment integrity screen, and a real-time AI calling platform. I report what does not work as clearly as what does, from model performance and latency limits to security defects and procurement trade-offs.
