I seek a hands-on Health IT role delivering EMR implementation, go-live support, personalization, training, and workflow optimization within collaborative clinical teams.

I am an experienced Healthcare IT Support consultant with deep hands-on expertise in EMR implementations, go-live command center support, troubleshooting, and end-user training.

I have worked across multiple major EMR systems including Epic (Radiant, ClinDoc/CPOE, Beaker CP, Rover, Stork), Cerner (PowerChart, SurgiNet), MEDITECH Expanse, Athena, and Allscripts, supporting clinicians and staff during pre-go-live, soft go-live, go-live, and post-go-live phases.

My core strengths include system personalization (preference lists, Smart Tools), ServiceNow-based service desk support, 24/7 user support, workflow optimization, and one-on-one personalization labs and coaching. I remain calm under pressure and excel at issue triage and escalation to technical teams.
