At ServiceNow, I optimized Python/FastAPI and PostgreSQL APIs with Redis caching for React and TinyMCE workflows, bringing p95 response time from approximately 400ms to under 150ms. I also led a TinyMCE @mention plugin for reusable enterprise editor workflows used by 20k+ ServiceNow developers.

At BrowserStack, I helped migrate Automate, Live, and Pricing surfaces from legacy jQuery to React, Next.js, and Redux. I also engineered Node.js/Express microservices and RabbitMQ workers that reduced report generation from approximately 12 minutes to under 5 minutes.

My independent product work includes Screenplay AI, where I built the core MVP and a screenplay-aware editor, and Lottie Creator, a web-based animation editor. I’ve also contributed to MUI Base UI, with four of my six pull requests merged.
