At KinderSystems, I own a four-product GovTech portfolio supporting government childcare subsidy programs across 30+ state agencies. I lead KinderCloud from 0-to-1 development through launch planning, unifying records across CARE, COPA, and Learning Genie while opening a projected $5M first-year revenue stream.
I also lead KinderBridge, KinderSign, and KinderSmart, shipping API endpoints, attendance capabilities, notifications, analytics reporting, and cross-platform integrations. I work directly with state agencies, CCMS vendors, boards, and government officials through RFP responses, JAD sessions, stakeholder reviews, and roadmap discussions.
Previously, I launched M3 at Grow Your Center, generating $250K in first-month revenue and $50K MRR through AI automation and analytics. At Cisco, I built multi-channel B2B SaaS campaigns that contributed to a $90M Q1 FY2019 revenue increase.
