I’m a CPhT Lead Pharmacy Technician building upon retail and immunizer experience to oversee central pharmacy and non-sterile pre-packing operations in a high-acuity inpatient environment. I collaborate closely with coordinators, pharmacists, nurses, and cross-functional partners to maximize patient safety and continuous quality improvement.

In my current role, I train, mentor, and supervise new pharmacy technicians, trainees, volunteers, interns, and pharmacists while ensuring efficient medication distribution and operational continuity. I prepare non-sterile compounds, including Chemotherapy, Cytotoxic, and Hazardous medications per USP 797 and USP 800.

Previously, as a Lead Pharmacy Technician, CPhT, Immunizer, and Front Store Support (Keyholder) at CVS Pharmacy, I directed pharmacy personnel for accuracy while triaging roughly 400 prescriptions daily. I supported the pharmacist with day-to-day activities such as daily/weekly regulatory reports, pharmacy scheduling, and vaccine administration.

Recognized for the highest vaccine co-administration rate in the region and globally for scheduling optimization, I helped create a one-team schedule across the district to eliminate coverage gaps. I also managed annual pharmacy inventories and delivered results by balancing quality, efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
