I’m a CPhT and detail-oriented Certified Pharmacy Technician with over 20 years of experience in retail pharmacies. I focus on accuracy and efficiency while delivering excellent customer service that supports patient/customer retention and loyalty.
In my roles, I handle the full day-to-day flow—answering phones, managing cash register transactions, contacting physicians to verify prescriptions and request refills, and filling and labeling prescriptions. I also support drive-thru pharmacy operations and manage special orders, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining appropriate documentation.
Through my immunization work, I’ve prepared flu vaccine for the pharmacist and have experience giving vaccines. I’m also comfortable with pharmacy production tasks like preparing compounds and blister packing medicine, and I work with systems such as the Pyxis machine while performing data entry.
