At Turf Tek USA, I coordinate 3–4 crews of 18–40 field employees across active construction sites and directed operational support for more than 230 projects in one construction season.
I support commercial playground, residential turf, and commercial surfacing work valued up to $1.9M, managing procurement, purchase orders, vendor coordination, scheduling, estimating support, and resource allocation. I also work directly with owners, architects, engineers, general contractors, municipalities, school districts, and parks departments.
My hands-on field background includes grading, drainage, excavation, site preparation, equipment operation, and commercial playground installation delivered safely and on schedule.
