I'm looking to lead high-performing engineering teams building complex connected, distributed, embedded, or AI-enabled products, with scope to shape technical strategy, develop people, and improve delivery outcomes.

At Boeing, I lead delivery and talent development for Cabin Experience Network software across the 777, 737, and 787 programs, guiding teams of 20+ engineers and scaling to 40 during peak demand. I’ve improved delivery predictability by reducing late-sprint work from 60% to 30%, and I spearhead SNAP, an observability and reliability platform for connected cargo and cabin capabilities.

I bring 15 years of hands-on and leadership experience across aerospace, fintech payments, IoT, and embedded systems. From leading India’s first RuPay contactless kernel certification at Ezetap to building AI-powered RAG lab support tools at Boeing, I combine C++, C, Python, distributed systems, and people leadership to build capable teams and dependable products.
