I’m seeking to contribute my expertise in accurate payroll processing, statutory adherence, and process improvement to support organizational goals.

At PepsiCo Global Business Services India LLP, I work as a Sr. Executive - HR Operations, managing payroll operations that include nonrecurring payments and deductions using SAP and Employee Central.

I process one-time payments and deductions through IT 15 and IT 14, and handle bulk opt-ins for North America and Canada employees.

I resolve employee payment and deduction cases, off-cycle payments, timesheet uploads, overpayments and underpayments, and stop-pay and reissue cases. I also process bulk timesheets in Jikan.

I use My IDM to assign, modify, or remove access based on role, department, or location. I’ve received quarterly best performer and spot awards, and conducted training and knowledge transfer for new hires.
