I am a Senior UI/UX Designer and product-minded designer with over 7 years leading design for major financial and technology institutions. I have shipped complex products across digital banking, fintech, government platforms, and SaaS, mentoring junior designers along the way.

My work spans end-to-end product design: user research, interaction design, prototyping, testing, and contribution to design systems. I led the redesign of core payment features for Telkomsel, launched multiple Jenius banking products, and delivered an ATS dashboard with high user-satisfaction metrics.

I emphasize evidence-driven design, leveraging surveys, interviews, usability testing, and generative AI to accelerate research synthesis and validate solutions. I also ensure accessibility by meeting WCAG 2.1 AA standards and continuously improve component libraries.
