What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Strategy PMO role where I can translate board-level priorities into execution roadmaps, strengthen KPI governance and executive reporting, and drive enterprise transformation through operating rhythms, accountability, and cross-functional delivery.

I’m a Strategy & operations leader with 10+ years of experience helping Boards, CEOs, CFOs, and business leaders turn strategy into measurable execution across complex organizations. I specialize in enterprise planning, PMO governance, and business transformation—building management systems that improve decision quality and keep strategic initiatives moving from concept through implementation.

In my most recent role as Head of Strategic Management Office at Baramulti Group, I partnered with executive stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into implementation roadmaps and performance targets across 16 subsidiaries. I established enterprise performance governance covering more than 95% of strategic KPIs through standardized dashboards, reporting standards, and management review processes, while preparing Board papers and executive decision materials.

I also led transformation and operating discipline improvements, including building a logistics control center for the Sumatera region and governing initiatives such as logistics coordination, train loading optimization, and centralized fuel procurement governance. Earlier, I developed financial models and feasibility studies (including approval support for 29 fleet engine renewals), reduced budgeting cycle time, and drove operational improvements through scenario analysis, root cause analyses, SOP redesign, and change management to ensure sustainable performance.
