At Eiffage Génie Civil, I lead BIM delivery from design through digital handover (DOE), drafting BIM Execution Plans, protocols, and standards that support project teams.
I coordinate information exchange and model sharing, perform BIM quality control, and deploy 4D scheduling and 5D cost processes to strengthen planning and budget management. I also train and support drafters and designers in BIM methodologies and tools.
Previously at Builders and Partners, I delivered 3D, 4D, and 5D BIM studies, standardized BIM strategies and templates, and developed a 3D site-layout template. I also helped test and commercialize a Revit plugin for automatic plan generation and modeled Charles-de-Gaulle Étoile station areas from point clouds.
