I’m a proactive, customer-focused Microbiology graduate with experience across education, customer service, business operations, administrative support, and record keeping. I bring strong communication, problem-solving, and customer relationship management, with a clear focus on delivering excellent experiences that support organizational growth.
As an NYSC Teacher at God’s Grace Tideks College, I taught students and maintained an engaging learning environment while serving as Class Teacher. I communicated effectively with parents, students, and school management, resolved student concerns with guidance and support, and kept accurate records and reports.
Before and alongside teaching, I supported day-to-day business operations as a Store Assistant/Business Assistant—attending to customers, handling inquiries and complaints, processing sales and cash payments, and assisting with inventory monitoring. I also worked as a Laboratory Assistant with the Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency and at a Primary Health Centre, maintaining accurate documentation, assisting with data collection, and ensuring compliance with procedures and standards.
