I'm seeking roles aligned with my MBA and experience in data management, administration, system operations, reporting, and operational decision-making.

I've built more than six years of experience managing data, records, and administrative systems in Ethiopian public-service organizations.

I maintained HR data in iHRIS, verified personnel records, cleaned and validated data, and supported Human Resources for Health reporting.

I later managed student records and enrollment processes, producing enrollment certificates, transcripts, verification letters, and reports on enrollment, attrition, and demographics.

I manage GPS systems for more than 300 vehicles, analyze route and usage data, troubleshoot systems, support users, and help improve operational decisions.
