What I'm looking for

I am seeking a senior data role in a humanitarian organization where I can lead data systems, improve data quality, mentor teams, and support protection and programmatic decision-making.

I am a data administrator and humanitarian professional with more than 10 years of experience managing program and protection data for international humanitarian and development organizations in Ethiopia. I have led data teams, administered databases, supervised protection case-management tools linked to reunification of family links, and trained staff on data-quality and reporting practices.

I have coordinated resilience programs and complex emergency responses working with IDPs, host communities, returnees, demobilized soldiers and other vulnerable groups, and I bring strong analytical, reporting and program-management skills to improve data availability, performance and decision-making.
