At Airconcur (Growise), I architect and ship agentic and RAG-based AI microservices in Python, working directly with C-level leaders. My changes to caching, data canonicalization, and context and memory management cut service costs by up to 70% and made the services up to 4x faster than a baseline tool-calling agent.

I re-engineered the retrieval layer with Voyage AI embeddings, reranking, and data cleanup, reducing latency by about 30% and increasing reasoning accuracy by about 60% versus earlier versions. I also built containerized, multi-LLM RAG modules with isolated per-user indexes and added safeguards for PII, prompt injection, and moderation.

Previously, at PT Mandiri International Technology, I built customer-facing web apps and a cross-platform mobile app on a Django REST backend.
