What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an Officer, Software Training role in health informatics, supporting software adoption and digital health systems across health facilities and program sites in Somalia. I’m prepared to travel extensively to field locations.

At TSN Academy, I designed and delivered hands-on training programs on software utilization, web development, and digital tools. I developed user guides and practical exercises for people with different levels of digital literacy.

I evaluated trainee progress, provided one-on-one remedial coaching, and tracked system adoption. This work focused on helping learners retain and apply practical skills.

At Horn Technology Solution, I led technical architecture, deployment, and maintenance for enterprise client systems. I also oversaw user onboarding, data security protocols, and end-user helpdesk support across field projects.

I founded and architected XirfadHub, an e-learning platform for online skill development and distance education. My experience also includes developing web and mobile application features at SkillUp Technology / Tiigsi Technology.
