In my role as an IT Tech Support Intern at Thrixes Technology Limited, I resolved various software, hardware, and network-related issues, which improved system efficiency. I also assisted in the setup of IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations for internal users. My experience as a Product Management Assistant involved applying Agile and Scrum methodologies to manage product development projects, conducting market research, and developing product roadmaps to guide project execution.
