What I'm looking for

Seeking international remote roles in automation, AI integration, IT operations leadership and security architecture/management. Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365/Azure, secure AI support, identity lifecycle automation and ERP integrations. Based in Johannesburg, South Africa (UTC+2); open to permanent and contract work and discussing working hours.

At Lots Lots More, I integrated AI into routine IT support and designed production agentic automation with brokered credentials and approval-gated writes to ERP and Azure. I also delivered an integration connecting physical access-control records with ERP attendance.

Previously, at DMA South Africa (SCM DMA), I built the security function for a regulated global FinTech and implemented Microsoft security controls across Azure and Microsoft 365. I also built automation for identity provisioning, device policies, Sentinel workflows, and compliance reporting.
