Designed and shipped internal Go boilerplate packages adopted across multiple engineering teams, providing a clean abstraction layer that accelerated new microservices development. Incentivised and helped the adoption of gRPC and asynchronous messaging patterns over traditional REST/HTTP communication, improving inter-service throughput and reducing latency between microservices.

Built and maintained a suite of Returns related microservices handling the full lifecycle of purchase returns, refunds, warranty claims, and recycling programs for the entire European market. Led the migration of a legacy, manually-intensive returns system to a fully automated microservices architecture, cutting customer wait times and reducing the load on support staff.

Contributed to the development of backend services powering multiplayer connectivity for triple-A titles under a contract for 2K Games, maintaining scalable, low-latency pathways for thousands of concurrent players.
