What I'm looking for

Seeking a role that combines my passion for education and recruitment, with opportunities for growth and making a meaningful impact.

I am a dedicated and results-driven professional with experience in technical recruitment and teaching. As an Associate Technical Recruiter at eTeam Inc., I have honed my skills in sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates for open positions. My teaching background has equipped me with strong interpersonal skills, allowing me to build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations.

With a strong educational foundation in English and Economics from Panjab University, I have also pursued certifications in Digital Art & Technology and Web Page Development from CCIT Ludhiana. My experience as a Primary Teacher and Nursery Teacher has taught me the importance of creative lesson planning, effective communication, and collaboration with colleagues.

I am a lifelong learner, currently pursuing a Professional Certificate in Teaching & Learning (PgCTL) from Suraasa. I am excited to leverage my skills and experience to make a meaningful impact in the education and recruitment industries.
