I led the organization-wide adoption of AI-assisted engineering, which increased delivery velocity by about 3x, and helped deliver a new platform capability in four weeks instead of months.
At Concirrus and in earlier financial services and insurtech engagements with Core Value Technologies, I’ve grown engineering teams and partnered with Product on delivery and roadmaps. I’ve also improved platform operations, including cutting AWS costs by about 30% and reducing incident resolution time from 1–2 hours to minutes.
