I’m looking to lead high-impact engineering teams building cloud-native, microservices systems—especially AI-powered customer experiences—where I can drive technology strategy, delivery from concept to deployment, and cross-functional collaboration.

I’m a Director of Engineering with 15+ years of experience leading engineering teams and delivering scalable, high-performance applications across Insurance and FinTech. I currently lead multiple engineering teams at Turtlemint, driving customer-facing and advisor-facing platforms serving millions of users.

I specialize in technical leadership across Java technologies, cloud-native architectures, and microservices-based systems—bringing products from concept to deployment in both startup and enterprise environments. I partner closely with Product, Design, Insurance Operations, Compliance, and Business stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, customer-centric solutions.

At Turtlemint, I led AI-powered initiatives including a provider-agnostic Voice AI platform integrating OpenAI Realtime API and Google Gemini Live, plus an architecture for context management, persona-driven workflows, tool orchestration, RAG integrations, and real-time audio streaming. I’ve also modernized and migrated legacy Play Framework services to Spring Boot, and I’ve built delivery momentum with AI-assisted software development practices.
