What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a client-facing or administrative role where I can handle inquiries, work with information and documentation, use CRM systems, and continue developing my communication and organizational skills.

I'm currently a receptionist and call center operator at Nukus Shahri Kasbiy Ko‘nikmalar Markazi, handling incoming inquiries, calls, client consultations, and information workflows.

I've also supported statistical information, international relations, press communications, and community-based social services at public institutions in Nukus. Alongside this work, I have managed Gulnur Sawda Bereket Oilaviy Korxona since 2022.

I bring teaching experience in biology, confident PC skills, CRM familiarity, and professional communication in Karakalpak, Uzbek, Russian, and English.
