I’m a results-driven Cyber Security Engineer with over 4 years of experience as an Associate System Engineer specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM) in TCS. I focus on strengthening authentication, user lifecycle controls, and security outcomes through reliable governance and hands-on incident troubleshooting.

In my IAM Administrator role, I managed LDAP and Active Directory environments to support seamless user lifecycle management—account creation, modification, and deactivation. I also configured SafeNet Authentication Service to enforce Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) where applicable, and I managed access control for shared network drives to keep end-user access secure and controlled.

I leverage PowerShell automation to optimize IAM workflows and administrative tasks, improving both speed and consistency. I’ve supported identity-related incidents by investigating access management issues, troubleshooting credential and authentication problems, and providing end-user support for credential management in real time.

Most recently, as a Saviynt Engineer, I worked on p4 and p3 tickets including AD updates, incorrect mail address issues, missing AD visibility, user account creation, and incorrect license troubleshooting. I also implemented integrations to import user data into Saviynt (IGA) via configurations (including ServiceNow), executed SQL analytics to analyze user data and revoke access based on end dates, and automated provisioning and deprovisioning in Active Directory.
