What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Business Analyst or HR Analyst internship or on-the-job training opportunity for my final semester, where I can contribute through data-driven problem-solving, people-focused insights, and research-oriented dissertation work.

At World of Titan, I conducted a survey-based study on customer satisfaction towards Titan wristwatches. I collected and analyzed customer feedback to understand buying behavior and satisfaction levels.

For my project with World of Titan, I analyzed factors influencing purchase decisions, including design, quality, pricing, and service, and suggested improvements to the customer experience.

At Essel Mining and Industries Ltd., I assisted with employee records and learned about HR procedures and statutory compliance. I also studied training and development processes, supported training recordkeeping, and identified gaps in training participation.
