I’m a resort operations and hospitality professional who creates calm, efficient service through clear SOPs and consistent standards. In my roles as Resort Manager and Hotel Operations Manager, I supervise daily operations across front and back office, housekeeping, bar, kitchen, logistics, maintenance, and landscaping—while ensuring guest registration, invoices, and service flow stay accurate.
I also strengthen the guest experience and revenue engine by managing pricing, sales strategy, and package development, developing partnerships with travel agents and industry partners, and handling guest complaints with professional service recovery. Beyond hotels, I’ve led NGO operations and community projects, and supported sustainable destination work through Green Key certification—bringing a people-centered, improvement-focused approach to every team I join.
